We can buy endless self-help books, google any advice from any expert on how to make ourselves a better person, or watch Dr Phil each afternoon on the TV.
As Christians, we trust God with the process of transforming our lives. Psalm 139 in the Bible tells us that God knew every day of our lives before a single one of them had even happened. How wonderful are His thoughts about us. We are more valuable to Him than we could ever know. God doesn’t make mistakes.
Because Jesus died on the cross for us, we have been bought into His family and have access to everything God has and the power of His Holy Spirit. God has a proven record of changing lives, giving us a new start, overcoming the battles we face.We can trust Him.
